Grinebiter.com Purchase Policy
Prior to Purchase:
The Grinebiter Collection started in 1940 and we take great pride in
making sure that the customer is informed prior to purchase by
providing pictures and details about the products we are selling.
If the customer feels that he or she needs more information before making
a decision to purchase, the customer must contact Grinebiter.com before
placing the order. Otherwise, Grinebiter.com will assume the customer is
fully informed about what they expect to receive.
Charges:
We put a hold on your credit card at the time of purchase and then charge it
when the item ships.
Shipping
Grinebiter.com usually ships the order within 24 hours by US Postal Service
and will keep you updated by e-mail about our progress. We charge $9.95 per
item for shipments within United States, and $19.95 per item for
International shipments.
Out-of-Stock:
If we are out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will e-mail you that
your order has been cancelled. Please note that there will be a hold on
your card for the purchase amount, however, we will not charge your card
and the hold will be removed.
Guarantee:
To the best of our knowledge, all collectables are authentic and original.
Occasionally, the stock number, year and signatures on the stock may be
different from the picture on Grinebiter.com. If that is of concern, you
must contact us prior to placing the order to clarify any concerns.
Return Policy:
IMPORTANT: In the event that you return the item to us, we give you a credit
towards a different purchase. We DO NOT refund credit cards.
You can return an online Grinebiter.com purchase for credit towards a future
purchase if you meet all of the following conditions:
(1) You must inform us of the return within 7 days from the day you placed the
order. (2) You must return the item to us in its original package with no damage to
the product. (3) We must have received the item back within 14 days from the day of the
order. (4) You cannot return digital content. (5) Customer pays all shipping cost.
Please note that Grinebiter.com does not refund any actual funds to your
credit card, but we will instead send you a promotional credit code that you can enter
towards a new purchase from Grinebiter.com. The amount of the promotional code credit
is the original purchase price minus shipping and handling and minus a 10
percent restocking fee. The promotional credit code is valid for 60 days and must be
used within that period. After 60 days, the promotional credit code will expire
and no further credit will be given. It is your responsibility to keep the
promotional credit code safe, so others cannot use it, as we are not
able to issue a new credit code if the original was used.
Sorry, there is no refund or credit on digital content whatsoever.
