FH75 Skogmarihand og raudflangre
Forest Orchid (Dactylorhiza fuchsii) is among the most colorful and common orchids in Norway. Blomen found far north of East Finnmark, and grow both in the lowlands and the mountains. It is rarely seen in southern and western coastal areas, but thrive on high ground in the roadside, nutrient-rich forests and swamps.
Raudflangren (Epipactis atrorubens) found in the country, but are most common in Nordland. In west and south of Hedmark, it is rather unusual to see.

Skogmarihand (Dactylorhiza fuchsii) er blant dei mest fargerike og vanlege orkideane i Noreg. Blomen finst heilt nord til Øst-Finnmark, og veks både i låglandet og på fjellet. Han er sjeldan å sjå i sørlege og vestlege kyststrok, men trivst godt i vegkantar, næringsrik skog og på myrer.
Raudflangren (Epipactis atrorubens) finst i heile landet, men er mest vanleg i Nordland. I vest og sør og i Hedmark er han heller uvanleg å sjå.
